We’re looking for committed and reliable individuals to join our 2026 Apprentice Diesel Mechanic intake at Kenway & Clark. As an apprentice, you’ll gain invaluable skills in repairing and servicing agricultural machinery and construction equipment. You'll work on a variety of heavy vehicles, including top brands like Case IH and Case Construction, all while being guided by our team of experienced technicians and dedicated parts interpreters.

What We're Looking For:
Our apprentices commit to both formal and on-the-job training over 48 months. You'll be working toward your Certificate III in Agricultural Mechanical Technology, applying your skills both in the workshop and out in the field.
Ideal Candidates Will:
- Follow instructions effectively
- Be self-motivated with strong communication skills
- Show initiative and think ahead
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance
- Have a genuine interest in learning
- Be ready to work overtime when needed
- Preferably have completed or be in the process of completing Year 12
You’ll attend block training at the Case IH Agriculture training facility in Wagga Wagga approximately every 3 months, totaling around 3 blocks per year in the first three stages of the apprenticeship.
A current driver's license is essential (manual preferred).
