As a vital member of our parts team, you will play an integral role in the repair, maintenance, and servicing of our valued customers' agricultural machinery and equipment. About the Role:
As a Parts Co-ordinator/Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our branch parts department. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day functions of the branch parts department to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Proactively build and maintain strong relationships with our customers and suppliers.
- Leverage your extensive knowledge of machinery parts to provide expert advice and support to customers.
- Accurately interpret customer parts needs, both at the counter and over the phone.
- Maintain branch inventory in alignment with business and customer needs.
- Source and order the necessary parts to meet customer demands.
- Organise and plan work to ensure it meets our high standards and is completed efficiently.
- Work closely with the Service department to ensure seamless operations.
This is a full-time position, working 38 hours per week from Monday to Friday. You will also be required to work overtime on a shared roster for Saturday mornings and perform after-hours call-outs, typically once a month. To respond to after-hours call-outs within a timeframe acceptable to our customers, applicants should reside within approximately a reasonable distance of the dealership.
About You:
You should possess a solid knowledge and passion for the agricultural machinery industry. Your skill set should include a strong customer service focus, with a commitment to providing exceptional service and high-quality products across all communication channels, whether written, phone, or face-to-face. Excellent communication skills are essential, as well as a keen attention to detail.
You should be able to apply your knowledge in a practical, commercial manner and demonstrate a willingness to assist and support team members, fostering a collaborative team environment. Effective time management and organisational skills are crucial, enabling you to accomplish objectives efficiently within given timeframes.

- Current driver’s licence
- Maintain a neat and tidy, well-groomed appearance
Desired Skills, Qualifications & Qualities:
- Pentana-ERAnet experience (advantageous)
- Business and brand awareness – familiarity with our brand and services
- Forklift licence (advantageous)
