With over 60 years of industry experience and product knowledge, Kenway & Clark are proud to sell quality products and provide a reliable aftersales service on our customer’s farm machinery and equipment. To see that this level of service continues our Gunnedah dealership is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Service Manager.

About the role

Responsible for leading a team of approximately 10 skilled diesel mechanics and apprentices who perform maintenance and repair of agricultural farm machinery and equipment, the Service Manager will work closely with customers to ensure we maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. 

On a daily basis the Service Manager will schedule work orders, monitor the department costs, and ultimately be responsible for ensuring that all work outcomes in the department is of a high quality and meets an acceptable standard.

The Service Manager will seek out new business opportunities and be a positive brand campaigner of the business.

About you

The successful candidate will be a natural problem-solver with a customer-focused approach to service delivery. They will be a strong communicator and team player, with a passion for working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
