To see that this level of service continues we are searching from someone to perform the role of Administration & Service Advisor at our Gunnedah dealership on a full-time basis.

About the role

As our Administration & Service Advisor, you will be required to work Monday to Friday and you will be responsible for:

• providing the administration function across the branch,
• the timely processing of invoices for payment to suppliers
• working closely with the Service Manager to perform the administrative tasks of the Service department, including but not limited to the data entry of timecards and repair order in a timely manner
• answering and redirecting incoming phone calls
• providing superior customer service by making follow up calls and service reminders to our customers regularly
• other tasks or responsibilities as required, having regard to skills, training and experience.

About you

To be successful in securing this position, you will have:

• experience in the same or similar role
• basic accounting knowledge and experience
• demonstrated experience using Microsoft Excel
• an ability to multi-task and be flexible to move between tasks easily
• demonstrated time-management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
• a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• a pleasant disposition for customer service
• enthusiasm, show initiative and a commitment to the role.
• a current drivers licence.
