About the role:
Reporting to our head office in Moree, you will be the on-the-ground representative for the Kenway & Clark administration team. This fast-paced role demands exceptional multitasking skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively. You will communicate seamlessly with a diverse range of individuals, including Kenway & Clark management, customers, technicians, and other team members. Flexibility and a proactive attitude are essential, as you will support the entire dealership staff while ensuring alignment with head office priorities
Specific duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Providing administrative support across the branch as directed by Head Office.
- Processing accounts payable and receivable promptly and accurately, following directives from Head Office.
- Answering and redirecting incoming phone calls and assisting customers with enquiries where possible.
- Collaborating with the Service Manager to complete administrative tasks for the Service department, including timely data entry of timecards and repair orders.
- Delivering superior customer service by making regular follow-up calls and service reminders to our customers as directed by the Service Manager.
About you:
To be successful in this busy and dynamic role, you will need to demonstrate:

Proven experience in a similar administrative role.

Ability to prioritize tasks amid competing priorities

Strong multitasking skills and flexibility to switch between tasks seamlessly

Excellent time-management skills to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.

Basic accounting knowledge and hands-on experience.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel.

A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in your work.

A pleasant disposition and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Enthusiasm, initiative, and a strong commitment to the role

A current driver's license.

Pentana-ERAnet experience (advantageous)
