At Kenway & Clark, we’ve been backing farmers, contractors, and operators for more than 65 years. As a locally owned Case IH and construction equipment dealer, we’re big on people, pride, and community — supporting our customers, our towns, and our team.

We’re now looking for a driven Sales Representative to join our team and grow our footprint across agriculture and construction. This is your chance to step into a role where you’ll be more than just selling — you’ll be a trusted partner, helping clients get the right machines and support they need to keep their businesses moving.

What you’ll be doing

• Building strong, long-term relationships with farmers, contractors, and businesses.

• Understanding customer needs and recommending tailored solutions.

• Demonstrating machinery and working closely with our service and parts teams.

• Driving growth across your sales area with the backing of a respected, established dealership.

• Supporting customers beyond the sale to ensure they get the most from their equipment.

What we’re looking for

• Proven sales experience — ideally in agriculture, machinery, or construction.

• A genuine interest in farming, construction, or regional industries.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Confidence with technology and sales tools (Microsoft Office, CRM systems).

• A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
