Kenway & Clark has been supporting farmers for 65 years, with branches across northern NSW and southern QLD. Our Inverell dealership has a strong team of sales, service, and parts staff already in place – now we’re looking for someone to guide and support them while ensuring the branch continues to thrive.

What You’ll Be Doing

This isn’t a desk job. You’ll be at the heart of the action – working alongside your team and making sure we deliver the best for our customers.

• Lead, coach, and support a close-knit team across sales, service, and parts
• Drive branch performance and growth while maintaining excellent customer service
• Build lasting relationships with farmers and the local community
• Oversee branch operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and reliability
• Be the face of the branch – solutions-focused, energetic, and customer-driven

What You’ll Bring to the Table

We’re looking for a confident, people-focused leader who can build trust and bring out the best in their team. Your background might be in ag machinery, retail, service, or operations – what matters most is your ability to inspire your team and deliver results.

• Proven experience leading and motivating teams
• Honesty and integrity in everything you do
• Strong organisational skills and ability to balance priorities
• Customer-first mindset and a genuine interest in agriculture
• Hands-on, practical approach with problem-solving skills
