To see that this level of service continues we are seeking reliable and experienced, trade qualified Diesel Mechanics to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in agricultural machinery and construction equipment. 

About the role

The ideal candidates will be committed to carrying out their work with precision and purpose, both in house and out in the field. Our customers trust our service department to keep their machinery and heavy vehicles in operation when it matters most. 

You will be supported in your work by equally qualified technicians and a team of dedicated parts interpreters. You will work in a collaborative team environment, maintain an organised, safe work environment and comply with all company policies and procedures.

Product specific training will ensure you keep abreast of advancements and current trends in the agricultural machinery & automotive industry.

About you

The successful candidate will have either a Certificate III in Agricultural Mechanical Technology, Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology or Mobile Plant Technology qualification, or equivalent and be able to demonstrate:

  • a high level of experience in either hydraulics and/or electrics
  • in-depth diagnostic ability, and experience with using electronic diagnosis tools
  • a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • you can work independently and alongside others as required
  • a well-groomed appearance in the workplace is important to you

Experience working with Case IH and/or Case Construction will be looked on favourably, but is not essential.

A current drivers licence is a must.
