At Kenway & Clark, our parts team plays a vital role in keeping customers working. Supporting agricultural machinery, construction equipment and implements, this role is about practical problem-solving, good product knowledge and being someone the workshop and customers can rely on.

We’re looking for a Parts Interpreter to join our Cowra and Young teams. This role suits someone with hands-on mechanical or parts experience, or strong customer service and stock/inventory management experience, who understands how important accuracy and reliability are in a parts environment.

About the role

You’ll work closely with technicians, customers and suppliers to identify and source parts, manage orders and keep workflows running smoothly. It’s a practical, busy role where accuracy and experience matter.

What you’ll be doing

• Interpreting parts for agricultural, construction and implement equipment
• Supporting workshop technicians and external customers
• Identifying correct parts using catalogues and dealer systems
• Maintaining accurate stock levels and inventory records
• Working with service and sales teams to support customer outcomes
• Helping keep the parts department organised and efficient

What we’re looking for

• Experience in one or more of the following:
  • Parts interpreting or mechanical / workshop roles
  • Customer service in a technical or trade environment
  • Stock control, warehousing or inventory management
• A working understanding of agricultural or construction equipment (or the ability to learn quickly)
• Strong attention to detail and organisation
• Comfortable using computers and parts systems
• Reliable, practical and team-focused
