The Role

Are you looking for a flexible work opportunity? We have the perfect part-time position for you! Work each weekday with negotiable hours—perfect for balancing with other commitments or interests.

As a Parts Interpreter, you’ll play a crucial role in:

• Identifying Parts - Use your expertise or learn on the job to accurately determine the parts needed for repairs and maintenance.
• Sourcing and Ordering - Find the right parts, manage orders, and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective solutions.
• Customer Service - Provide top-notch support to our customers and internal staff, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
• Inventory Management - Help maintain a well-stocked and presentable showroom, while assisting with stocktaking.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience in parts interpretation or is eager to learn.
• Possesses exceptional attention to detail and strong customer service skills.
• Communicates effectively and enjoys working collaboratively.
• Holds a current manual driver’s license - a forklift license is a bonus.
